Individual Athlete Support

Equestrian Sport Science offers 1:1 individual athlete support to help you towards your riding goals. Whether you need advice structuring your training week, support on where to start with your out-of-the-saddle training, competition day nutritional advice or guidance with a sleep routine, Equestrian Sport Science can help. 

Advice can be in-person or remote. Support is delivered by Rosa, creator of Equestrian Sport Science who has experience working with athletes from a range of sporting and ability backgrounds. To find out more about Rosa, click here
